PENGSHAN SANJIANG CHEMICALS.LTD.,developed from Mianyang Sanjiang Chemicals Factory which was founded in 1994, was taken over by Sichuan Jilong Construction Chemicals Co. Ltd. on June 28th, 2007.
The company, with the total assets of 50,000,000RMB, is specialized in manufacturing formaldehyde used in industry. It has two production lines and the production capacity is 30,000 metric tons per year. In order to satisfy the market and improve the company¡¯s competitiveness, the company has planned to increase the investment of 20,000,000 to build a whole set of production line, which will increase 100,000 metric tons formaldehyde per year. The line will get to work in April, 2008, and the production capacity will reach 130,000 metric tons per year, with which the company will become the biggest manufacturer in the same field in Southwest area.
The company, as the National Formaldehyde Association Member Unit, persists in applying the National Standard of GB/T9009-1998. Its ¡°Sanjiang¡± industrial formaldehyde passed the spot tests 15 years in a run and has already earned a good name in Southwest area.
